Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Amz Consultors ("Amz Consultors", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and how we protect it. It covers this website, our communications with you and the marketplace, advertising and company formation services we provide (together, the "Services").

It also explains how we treat information from seller and advertising accounts that clients give us access to, including Amazon Ads.

1. What this policy covers

  • The website at amzconsultors.com, including its forms, guides and tools
  • Marketplace account management, advertising management, listing and related services
  • US company formation and related filing services
  • Reports, dashboards and files we prepare for clients
  • Emails, calls and messages with visitors, prospects, clients, job applicants and partners

It does not cover websites or platforms run by other companies, such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Google or Calendly. Those services follow their own privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Name, business name and job title
  • Email address, phone number and business or mailing address
  • Store links, revenue range and whatever you write in a form, email or message
  • Details shared during sales calls, onboarding and day-to-day account work
  • Billing and transaction records
  • Files you send us, such as advertising bulk files, business reports, product data and creative assets
  • For job applicants: contact details, date of birth, country, work history, resume, intro video link, salary expectations and availability
  • For company formation clients: the identity and ownership details needed to prepare and submit your filings

Information collected automatically

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it
  • Browser, device type and operating system
  • Pages viewed, time and length of visits, and the page that referred you
  • Error and security logs

Client business information

To deliver the Services we work with business data such as product catalogs and listings, sales, inventory and shipment figures, advertising plans and results, account health information, brand assets and reports. We receive it from the client directly or from marketplace accounts the client authorizes us to access.

3. Seller account and Amazon Ads data

When a client grants us access to a seller or advertising account, we can see and work with the information that the platform makes available under the permissions granted.

What this can include

  • Account, profile and marketplace identifiers
  • Campaigns, portfolios, ad groups, ads and their settings
  • Keywords, search terms, product targets, audiences, bids, budgets and placements
  • Performance data such as impressions, clicks, spend, sales, conversions and attribution
  • Product, creative and landing page information linked to campaigns
  • Account status, eligibility and moderation information
  • Reports and analysis we produce from that data

We get access only when the account owner or an authorized administrator grants it, through the platform's own user permission or authorization process. We do not ask for, and do not store, your Amazon login email and password.

How we use it

Only to deliver the advertising and account services you have engaged us for: building and managing campaigns, managing bids, budgets, keywords and targeting, monitoring accounts, reporting, forecasting, recommendations and support. We access no more than the work reasonably requires.

What we do not do with it

  • We do not sell, rent, license or publish seller account or Amazon Ads data.
  • We do not use one client's non-public data to benefit another client.
  • We do not use it to profile, track or retarget individual shoppers, or try to identify individuals from it.
  • We do not combine it with outside data unless the platform's rules, the client and the law all allow it.
  • We do not share account access or credentials with anyone who is not authorized.

Changes we make in your accounts

We change campaigns, bids, budgets, keywords, targeting, listings or creative only on accounts where the client has authorized us to do that work. Where we use tools or rule-based workflows to assist, they run only on authorized accounts and under our supervision.

Removing our access

You can remove our access at any time in your account's user permission settings, or ask us to disconnect. You can also ask us which accounts we can access and ask us to delete the related data. Removing access may mean we can no longer deliver some or all of the connected Services.

4. How we use information

  • To provide, run and improve the Services
  • To reply to enquiries, book calls and prepare proposals and audits
  • To carry out our agreements with clients, take payment and keep business records
  • To review job applications and contact applicants
  • To prepare and submit company formation filings you request
  • To send the guide or resource you asked for, and occasional related updates where the law allows
  • To understand how the website is used and to fix problems
  • To detect and prevent spam, fraud, misuse and security incidents
  • To meet legal, tax, contractual and platform requirements

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time with the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. We will still send messages needed to deliver a service you use.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The website stores small items in your browser so that features keep working, for example remembering that you unlocked a guide. We use Google Analytics to measure visits in aggregate, which sets its own cookies. The booking window is provided by Calendly, which may set cookies when you open it. We do not run advertising or retargeting cookies on this website.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will still work, though some conveniences may reset.

6. Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as follows.

  • Service providers that help us operate, such as hosting and email, scheduling, analytics, payment processing, storage and professional advisers. They may use the information only to do work for us and must keep it confidential.
  • Parties needed to complete a service you request, such as registered agents, government agencies, banks and trademark attorneys for company formation work.
  • A successor business, if Amz Consultors is merged, sold or reorganized. We will give notice where the law requires it.
  • Authorities and other parties where we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with the law or a legal request, enforce our agreements, protect rights, property or safety, or investigate fraud or misuse.
  • Anyone else you tell us to share it with.

Seller account and Amazon Ads data is available only to our team members and contractors who need it to do the client's work, and to service providers permitted to support that work under confidentiality obligations.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections, restricted access based on role, storage of submissions in areas that are not publicly reachable, and confidentiality obligations for team members and contractors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as we reasonably need it to provide the Services, keep business and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal requirements.

  • Enquiries: kept as long as needed to respond and for our business records.
  • Audit files: deleted once the audit is complete, or earlier on request.
  • Job applications: kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Seller account and Amazon Ads data: kept only while we need it for the authorized work. When access is revoked, deletion is requested or the engagement ends, we delete or securely dispose of it within a reasonable period, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Copies in routine backups may remain for a limited time before they are overwritten. They stay protected and are not restored except for recovery, security or legal reasons.

9. International transfers

We and our service providers operate in the United States and other countries. Your information may be processed in a country whose data protection laws differ from those where you live. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy
  • Ask us to correct or delete it
  • Object to or restrict certain uses
  • Withdraw consent where we rely on it
  • Opt out of marketing
  • Appeal a decision we make about your request

These rights have limits and exceptions under the law. To make a request, email info@amzconsultors.com. We may need to confirm your identity, or your authority if you act for someone else. We respond within 30 days and we will not treat you unfairly for making a request.

11. California residents

California residents may have additional rights under California privacy law, including the rights to know, correct and delete personal information. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, use the contact details below.

12. Children

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

13. Other websites and platforms

The website links to and works alongside third-party services, including marketplaces, advertising platforms, Calendly and Google. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. Giving us access to an account does not change the platform's own responsibilities to you.

14. Reporting a privacy or security concern

Email info@amzconsultors.com to report a privacy concern, a suspected security problem, suspected misuse of account or advertising data, or to ask us to disconnect an account or delete information. Please include enough detail for us to look into it. We acknowledge and investigate reports within a reasonable time based on their urgency.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our Services, practices or legal obligations change. The "Last updated" date shows the current version. If a change is significant we may also give notice on the website or by email. The updated policy applies from the date it is posted unless we state otherwise.
