Refund Policy
All payments made to Amz Consultors are final and non-refundable. This applies to every service we offer.
Marketplace services
Fees for account management, advertising management, listing optimization, audits, consulting and any other marketplace service are non-refundable once paid, whether or not the engagement is later paused or cancelled. Work begins as soon as payment is received, and our team's time is committed to your account from that point.
Business formation services
Fees for LLC formation, EIN, ITIN, registered agent, US mailing address, banking assistance, trademark and related filings are non-refundable once paid. This includes our service fees and any government, state or third-party fees paid on your behalf. Decisions and timelines of government agencies, banks and other third parties are outside our control, and a delay or rejection by them does not give rise to a refund.
Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring service going forward as set out in your agreement. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund fees already paid.

We offer a free strategy call and a free audit so that you can judge our approach before committing. Please ask any questions before making a payment.
Billing errors
If you were charged twice or charged an incorrect amount by mistake, contact us within 14 days and we will correct the error. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
