How to Manage eBay, Walmart, Shopify and TikTok Sales From Seller Central

Most growing brands no longer sell on Amazon alone. They also run a Shopify store, list on Walmart and eBay, and test TikTok Shop. Each channel brings its own dashboard, listing format and order screen, and the admin grows faster than the sales. Amazon now offers multichannel selling tools inside Seller Central that connect these channels in one place. This guide explains what the tools do, how to set them up, and where you still need care.

What the multichannel tools do

Amazon introduced the tools in September 2026 and is rolling them out gradually to US sellers at no additional cost. Once your other accounts are connected, Seller Central can:

  • Sync listing content. Edit a product description once on the Manage Products page and the change is pushed to every connected channel where the product is live, formatted to fit each channel's requirements. Amazon's AI listing tools can also draft channel-ready content.
  • Show all orders on one screen. Orders from Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok and Walmart appear together. You can choose to fulfill an off-Amazon order through Amazon, and tracking flows back to the original channel.
  • Report profitability by channel. Sales, traffic and ad spend from each channel are pulled together so you can see what each product earns on each channel.

Amazon states that you choose which channels to connect and what data to share, and that you can disconnect at any time.

Who should use it

The tools are most useful if you already keep inventory in FBA and sell the same products on at least one other channel. In that case you gain three things at once: one place to edit listings, one place to see orders, and the option to fulfill those other orders from your FBA stock.

If you already run a dedicated multichannel platform or an ERP that handles listings, inventory and accounting, compare carefully before switching. The Seller Central tools are free and convenient, but a specialised system may still do more for complex catalogs, bundles or wholesale accounts.

How to set it up

  1. Check your channel accounts. Make sure each eBay, Walmart, Shopify and TikTok Shop account is in good standing and that you have admin access to it.
  2. Open Multichannel Settings in Seller Central and connect each account. Review the data permissions for each channel before approving.
  3. Link your listings. Match each off-Amazon listing to the right Amazon SKU. Check variations carefully, since a size or colour mismatch here causes the wrong item to ship later.
  4. Decide fulfillment per channel. For each channel, decide whether orders will be fulfilled from FBA through Multi-Channel Fulfillment or from your own stock.
  5. Test with a few SKUs. Run a small group of products for two to four weeks before moving the full catalog.

Fulfilling other channels from FBA

Fulfilling off-Amazon orders from FBA stock uses Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). It lets you keep one pool of inventory instead of splitting stock between warehouses. Amazon has also introduced an MCF Preferred Pricing Program that offers discounts on fulfillment fees for the first six months, and lets MCF users show Prime delivery on their own website.

Two checks before you rely on it:

  • Channel rules. Some marketplaces have their own rules on approved fulfillment methods, packaging and delivery promises. Confirm that orders fulfilled through Amazon meet the delivery standards each channel measures you on. Walmart, for example, tracks on-time delivery and valid tracking closely.
  • Branded packaging. Ask for unbranded packaging where available, since receiving an Amazon box after buying on another marketplace can confuse buyers.

Keep listings consistent, but not identical

A single source of product content saves hours and stops prices, specifications and claims drifting apart between channels. That is the main benefit. Still, each channel has its own search behaviour. Walmart search places weight on the product title and attributes, eBay buyers often filter by item specifics, and TikTok Shop shoppers respond to short, benefit-led titles. After syncing, review the top listings on each channel and adjust titles and key attributes where the channel needs it.

Our listing optimization service covers Amazon content, and our eBay account management team handles eBay listings and item specifics.

Use the profitability view to decide where to grow

The most valuable part of the tool may be the reporting. With sales, fees and ad spend in one view, you can answer questions that used to take a spreadsheet:

  • Which channel produces the best margin per unit after fees and fulfillment?
  • Which products sell well on Amazon but barely move elsewhere, and is that a listing problem or a demand problem?
  • Where is ad spend producing sales, and where is it only adding cost?

Review this monthly and move budget and inventory toward the channels that earn the most. For Amazon ad spend specifically, our Amazon PPC Guide and ACoS vs TACoS article explain how to judge efficiency.

Risks to manage

  • Inventory sync errors. Shared stock can oversell if a channel's inventory update lags. Keep a small safety buffer on fast sellers.
  • Data sharing. Read what data each connection shares and with whom, and keep a record of what you approved.
  • Account health on each channel. A fulfillment problem now affects several accounts at once. Watch late shipment and cancellation metrics on every channel during the first weeks.

What this means for sellers

For brands that already use FBA and sell on other marketplaces, the multichannel tools remove a large share of daily admin at no extra cost. Connect channels one at a time, test with a few SKUs, confirm that MCF meets each channel's delivery rules, and then use the profitability view to decide where your next dollar of inventory and advertising should go.
